
Providing for People in Paisley’s support enabled The Preshal Trust Paisley to run a two hour cooking programme on Mondays and Fridays.
On 25th July Hugh spent a very enjoyable afternoon watching four clients make a Victoria Sponge cake.
As the current sessions end Chef Tony gave this update
“Over the past few weeks, we've been learning to cook a variety of delicious dishes — from hearty soups and flavourful meat recipes to indulgent cakes and vibrant vegetable meals. It's been a brilliant, hands-on experience”
Funding provided ingredients for each session and participants will be presented with a certificate and recipe book containing the five starters, five soups, five main courses and five desserts at the end of the twelve week programme.
