On Thursday 5th April 2018 James Lang, Chair of Providing for People in Paisley (P³) presented Chris Caldwell, Operation Manager, from Street League at Renfrew Road with three £50 clothes store gift cards for participants on the course to purchase appropriate outfits when attending interviews.

Chris said:

“Street League engages with 16 – 24 year olds who are not in education, employment or training in a structured football and education ‘Academy’ programme, with two hours in the classroom and two hours on the pitch each day. This intensive 10 weeks programme develops vital employability skills such as communication, teamwork and goal setting.”

James commented:

“Using sport as a route to provide young people in Paisley with the skills to improve their lives is a fantastic venture which P³ is proud to support.”
