supported ROAR’s project to give older adults access to all the economic, health, social and cultural benefits that being online can bring, regardless of their age. Four ipads and two tablets were gifted to ROAR for older adults to use when participating in a six weeks informal I.T course. The classes are held for complete beginners and those who wish to improve their skills. The project has a growing waiting list and gives participants the opportunity to become more digitally confident.
